Meredith Rogerson, LICSW
Meredith centers her therapeutic approach around each client’s unique needs and draws from an eclectic toolbox of techniques and perspectives, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and social justice principles. In working with Meredith, you can expect to develop a better understanding of what drives your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as an approach to managing mental health symptoms that works for you.
Meredith has been a practicing social worker since earning her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in 2015. Since then, Meredith has dedicated her career to helping individuals of all lived experiences identify their own definition of wellness. Meredith has worked in a variety of settings, including psychiatric day treatment and home-based therapy, and she was most recently the Program Director of a community mental health clinic.
Meredith lives in the Greater Boston Area with her cat, Winnie, and enjoys walking by the ocean, finding great new ramen places, and rooting for the Bruins.
Meredith is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Aetna.
